Can I track my order?
Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. Once it has been picked up by the freight company, we will activate your parcel number. You will then receive an email with the tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate. If you do not receive a tracking link, contact us at contact@aprilseven.com.
Which delivery options do you offer?
We work with various shipping partners, depending on your location and order size. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.
How long is the delivery time?
- Europe: 5-21 business days
- USA: 3-6 business days
- Other countries: 10-21 business days
Please note that delays may occur during peak periods due to high order volumes or shipping carrier constraints. If your order experiences an unexpected delay, we will contact you directly. Please note, after a launch night, processing times may take up-to 3 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.

What if my package or products arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact contact@aprilseven.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Once we receive your details, we will process your request.
International Orders:
Please note that customers outside the U.S. (including in Europe and Australia) may be responsible for import duties, VAT, or other customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included at checkout.
