Ordering
How does sizing run?
Our pieces are designed for a relaxed, effortless fit. We recommend checking the product description for sizing notes, and if you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually best!
When are you restocking?
We restock weekly! If something you love is out of stock, it usually comes back within 1–2 weeks. If it’s taking longer than that, feel free to email us and we’re happy to check on it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always guaranteed. Email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help!
The tall length inseam doesn’t seem long enough for me, what should I do?
The tall length inseam is 33” and the full pant length is 44”. They’re meant to sit mid to low rise, and the elastic waistband makes them easy to adjust. The length works best if you’re 5’9” or taller!
What if my package or products arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact contact@aprilseven.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Once we receive your details, we will process your request.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders as quickly as possible! Once shipped, delivery is typically:
- USA: 3-6 business days
- Europe: 5-21 business days
- Other countries: 10-21 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping times and rates vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
