Refund policy
NOTE: For items ordered through Tiktok Shop, Please request the return through Tiktok Shop App.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order for a refund to the original payment method, provided the items are in resalable condition (with original packaging, tags, and labels) and returned within 30 days of your order date.
Please note:
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A return shipping fee applies.
- Keep your return tracking number until we confirm receipt of your return.
- Return labels must be used within 28 days of issuance. Returns shipped after this period may be rejected or refunded as store credit only.
To make a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item(s) to our warehouse.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping of the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as April Seven is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please begin by starting a return through our portal. From there, you will be prompted to select your replacement size or item to complete your exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@aprilseven.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
At this time, our system doesn’t support prepaid return labels for orders outside the United States. International returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer through their local postal or courier service.
If you decide to return your item, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as “Returned goods – no commercial value” to avoid additional customs fees.
